Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard is proposed and managed by the China National Standardization Administration. This standard replaces GB 21340-2013 "flat glass unit energy consumption limit", GB 30252-2013 "photovoltaic rolled glass Energy consumption limit per unit product, GB 29451-2012 "Energy consumption limit for cast stone unit products". With GB 21340-2013, Compared with GB 30252-2013 and GB 29451-2012, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Added the definition of "special production line for flat glass for automobiles" (see 3.2);

--- Supplemented the energy consumption correction factor of the flat glass unit product of the special flat glass production line for automobiles (see Table 2 in 4.1);

--- Supplemented the energy consumption limit level (see 4.1);

--- Removed the heat consumption index of the flat glass unit melting furnace (see Chapter 4 of GB 21340-2013);

--- Increased the comprehensive energy consumption access value of flat glass unit products (see 5.2,

4.2 in GB 21340-2013);

--- Removed the advanced value of the energy consumption limit of flat glass unit products (see

4.3 in GB 21340-2013), photovoltaic calendered glass unit production The advanced value of energy consumption (see

4.3 in GB 30252-2013) and the advanced value of comprehensive energy consumption of cast stone unit products (see GB 29451- In.2012, 4.3);

--- Removed energy management and measures (see Chapter 6 of GB 21340-2013, Chapter 6 of GB 30252-2013 and Chapter 6 of GB 29451-2012). This standard was drafted. This standard specifies the energy consumption per unit of flat glass, tempered glass, photovoltaic rolled glass and cast stone (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") Language and definition, energy consumption limit level, technical requirements, energy consumption correction factor, statistical range and calculation method. This standard is applicable to the production of transparent and bulk-colored sodium-calcium-silicate flat glass products by float process, and steel produced by horizontal tempering method. Glass products, photovoltaic rolled glass products produced by calendering, and enterprises producing cast stone products for energy consumption calculation, assessment and new construction And energy control of the expansion and expansion project. This standard does not apply to the production of ordinary embossed glass, wired glass and special flat glass for the production of aerospace, electronics, information and other industries. Glass products are also not suitable for the production of automotive tempered glass, chemically tempered glass and non-horizontal tempering methods for the production of tempered glass products. Business.
