Introduction

The glass industry is one of the key industries for energy conservation and consumption reduction in China. With the increasing energy consumption, the contradiction between energy supply and demand is becoming increasingly tense.

Energy prices are rising, and at the same time, there is an overcapacity in the flat glass industry. The country is stepping up efforts to eliminate backward production capacity.

It is even more necessary to improve energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and save energy costs by strengthening energy management. Appendix A provides a glass line Basic situation of energy management in the industry.

The purpose of this standard is to regulate the energy management process of glass enterprises and adopt a systematic approach to enable glass companies to achieve energy goals.
