FZ/T 80015-2022Specification for garment CAD technology (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 80015-2012 "Technical Specifications for Garment CAD". Compared with FZ/T 80015-2012, except for editorial changes in addition, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Modified the scope of application of the document (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2012 edition);

b) The definition of "garment CAD drawing", "garment CAD grading" and "garment CAD layout" has been modified, and the "garment CAD cutting piece" has been deleted.

- Revise "CAD Drawing of Clothing" and supplement the terms and definitions of "sample" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2012 edition);

c) Added system requirements (see 4.1);

d) Modify and supplement the plate making function, grading function and nesting function (see 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4, 4.1, 4.2 and 4.4 of the 2012 edition);

e) Supplemented the requirements for CAD drawing files in input/output (see 4.5.1, 4.4.1 of the 2012 edition);

f) Added the requirements for the format of the output cutting bed file (see 4.5.2);

g) Added general rules for drawing (see 5.1);

h) The type requirements for the outer V-notch, II-type notch, outer BOX-shaped notch and U-shaped notch are added (see 5.2);

i) The type requirements for stealing corners and seven-character corners are added (see 5.8);

j) Adjusted the structure of Chapter 6, and updated the standard number according to the update of the standard (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2012 edition);

k) Update the standard number according to the update of the standard (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the 2012 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, functional requirements, drafting rules, software testing requirements, quality requirements, and product requirements for apparel CAD software.

Data technical requirements and product documentation management and archiving requirements.

This document is applicable to the application of CAD technology in garment CAD software development and product design.

2 Normative references

Among them, dated references for documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.
