This part is the 40th part of GB/T 25000.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 18905.1-2002 "Software Engineering Product Evaluation Part 1. Overview". This part and GB/T 18905.1-

This section is intended to work with other parts of the SQuaRE series of international standards, as well as the ISO /IEC 14598 series of standards and ISO /IEC 9126.

The series standards are used together until they are replaced by the ISO /IEC 25000 series of standards.
