FZ/T 73034-2021Semi-worsted wool knitting goods (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 73034-2009 "Semi-Worsted Wool Knitwear". Compared with FZ/T 73034-2009, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2009 edition);

---Adjusted the normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2009 edition);

---Added the definition of heavy felted semi-worsted wool knitwear (see 3.3);

---Added the category classification and washing method classification of coats, suits and spliced garments in semi-worsted woolen knitwear (see Chapter 4);

--- The safety requirements have increased the basic safety technical requirements for infants and children's products, which should meet the requirements of GB 31701 (see 5.1, 5.1 of the 2009 edition);

---The classification has been changed to superior product, first-class product, and qualified product (see 5.2, 5.2 of the 2009 edition);

---The main revisions of the internal quality rating are as follows (see Table 1, Table 1 and Table 2 of the 2009 edition).

- Adjust the fiber content and add it to Table 1, and implement it according to GB/T 29862;

- Change the burst strength to burst strength, and adjust the indicator expression form;

- Cancel the unit of weaving density coefficient;

- Include the torsion angle index in the appearance quality rating in the internal quality rating;

- Increased the assessment indicators of alkyl phenol and alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether;

- Increased the evaluation index of dry cleaning size change rate;

- Modified the way of expressing the color fastness of washing, perspiration, water, and dry cleaning, and the expression of the staining of the lining, and adjusted the corresponding Assessment indicators;

- Increased the evaluation index of splicing mutual dye fastness;

- Adjusted the remark position and added content;

---The main revisions of the washing size change rate index are as follows (see Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 of the 2009 edition).

- Increase the assessment indicators of overcoats, suits, and spliced clothing products;

- Adjusted the assessment indicators in the length direction of the total size change rate of pullovers and vests in the carefully hand-washed products;

- Modified remarks;

---The main revisions of the appearance quality rating are as follows (see 5.4, 5.4 of the 2009 edition).

- Modified the basis of appearance quality rating (see 5.4.1, 5.4.1 of the 2009 edition);

- Added the test result determination of seam elongation (see 5.4.3, 5.4.3 of the 2009 edition);

- Modified the classification of the neck ring opening size assessment into children and adults 7 years old and above, children under 7 years old, infants and toddlers, and added tests.

Judgment of test results (see 5.4.4, 5.4.4 of the 2009 edition);

- Modified the assessment requirements and notes for appearance defects (see Table 3, Table 5 of the 2009 edition);

---The main modifications of the test method are as follows (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2009 edition).

- Added safety requirements inspection (see 6.1);

- Adjusted the fiber content test method (see 6.2.1, 6.1.1 of the 2009 edition);

- Adjusted the burst strength test method (see 6.2.3, 6.1.2 of the 2009 edition);

- Added the pilling standard sample number of carded wool knitwear in the pilling test method (see 6.2.4, 6.1.4 of the 2009 edition);

- Added test methods for alkylphenol and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (see 6.2.7);

- The test method of dry cleaning dimensional change rate has been added (see 6.2.8);

- Modified the washing durability test method according to GB/T 12490-2014 (see 6.2.11, 2009 version 6.1.9);

- Added the test method for splicing mutual staining fastness (see 6.2.16);

- Added a schematic diagram of the inspection method for specifications and dimensions, and adjusted the inspection part description (see 6.3.2, 2009 edition 6.2.2);

- Modified the seam elongation test method according to FZ/T 20031, the load value is 33N (see 6.3.3, 2009 edition 6.2.3);

- Modified the test method of neck ring opening size according to FZ/T 20032, the load value is 33N (see 6.3.4, 2009 edition 6.2.4);

---Infant and children's products, if they do not meet the requirements of GB 31701, are determined to be unqualified (see 7.2.3.1, 7.2.3.1 of the 2009 edition);

---Modified packaging and marking requirements (see Chapter 9, Chapter 9 of the 2009 edition);

---Increase the measurement parts of spliced clothing products in the test of dimensional change rate of washing and dry cleaning (see Appendix A).
