Introduction

In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China on Cleaner Production," improve the utilization of and to avoid the generation of pollutants, to protect and improve the environment, and to guide the remanufactured tobacco leaf production enterprises to carry out cleaner production evaluation work, this standard has been formulated.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, evaluation index system, data collection and evaluation methods for remanufactured tobacco leaf production enterprises.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T.20106 and YC/T 199 apply to this document. For ease of use, the following is repeated.

Clean energy cleanerenergy Natural gas, oil (excluding heavy oil), electricity, urban central heating steam, and state-identified clean energy.
