Introduction

In order to promote the institutionalization, standardization and standardization of public libraries at all levels, and to enhance the scientific in order to improve the efficiency of public cultural services, the former Ministry of Culture has launched the "Provincial, Municipal, and County-level Public Books" since March.2014.

The development project of Library Business Specification. WH/T 87 is modified and improved on the basis of the research results of this project.

This part of WH/T 87 provides a set of basic specifications for the business work of municipal public libraries.

1 Scope

This part of WH/T 87 is the basic norm for the business work of municipal public libraries. These basic norms are divided into document collection, document Organization, document preservation, protection and restoration, reader service, information construction, collaboration and coordination, business management and research 7 aspects.

This part is mainly used to regulate the content and quality of the main business work of municipal public libraries, and it is also for the business of municipal public libraries.

Provide a basis for the assessment of the service work and provide a reference for the third-party assessment.
