1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, raw materials, auxiliary materials and food additives, technical requirements, production and processing of ice cream products.

Requirements for hygiene requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage, sales and recall.

This standard applies to the production, inspection and sale of products defined in 3.1.
