Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces RB/T 174-2018 "Professional Requirements for Accreditation of Competence in Forensic Identification/Forensic Science Institutions", which is the same as RB/T 174-Compared with 2018, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Delete the original standard 4.1 impartiality, 4.2 confidentiality, 4.3 organization, 4.7 customer service, 4.8 corrective measures and other clauses;

---4.1 is the personnel of the original 4.10 appraisal agency;

---4.2 is the original 4.11 training and assessment;

---4.3 is the facilities and environment of the original 4.12 appraisal agency;

---4.4 is the original equipment of 4.14;

---4.5 Subcontracting for the original 4.5 and procurement of services and supplies in 4.6;

---4.6 is the original 4.4 entrusted acceptance;

---4.7 is the original 4.13 identification method;
