Introduction

The technical method of service certification is significantly different from product certification.This standard aims to provide service certification within the framework of conformity assessment function law.

Certification technical guidelines to control or reduce the uncertainty of the certification process and its results caused by the typical characteristics of the service.

This standard provides service certification schemes and service certification modes and their combinations, selection of service certification objects, evaluation of service characteristics, and services.

1 Scope

This standard provides application guidelines on technical methods, technical tools, and documented information for service certification programs and their supporting programs.

This standard is applicable to the technical methods applied by third-party conformity assessment agencies in their specific service certification evaluation activities. This standard can also be used for First and second party conformity assessment activities for specific services.

3 Terms and definitions
