Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 27067-2006, compared with GB/T 27067-2006, the main technical content changes as follows.

--- Reference to GB/T 27065-2015 replaced the reference to GB/T 27065-2004 (see Chapter 2);

--- Added the term "program owner" (see 3.3);

--- Remove the "basic principles of product certification" (see.2006 edition Chapter 5);

--- "Conformity assessment functions and activities" instead of "product certification system elements" (see 5.2 Table 1);

--- The type of certification program and batch certification program made a clear provision (see 5.3);

--- Added a new chapter "product certification program formulation and implementation" (see Chapter 6).
