Scope
QC/T 608-2011 is the English-translated version of B型板簧螺母.
QC/T 608-2011 is the Chinese automotive industry standard for type B spring nuts, the leaf spring nuts used in vehicle assembly. It gives the type and dimensions of the nut and the technical conditions it has to meet.
It applies to type B leaf spring nuts with thread sizes from M4 to M10, used in combination with automotive bolts of property class 8.8 and below. The 1999 edition, QC/T 608-1999, is replaced by this version.
Its quoted documents are GB/T 90.1, GB/T 90.2, GB/T 196, GB/T 197, QC/T 326, QC/T 625 and YB/T 5058. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
