NB/T 51013-2014 is the English-translated version of 煤矿风排瓦斯蓄热式氧化装置工程应用 安全要求.
NB/T 51013-2014 states the safety requirements for putting a regenerative oxidizer for coal mine ventilation air methane into engineering service.
It covers installation of the oxidizer at the mine site, the delivery and conveying of ventilation air methane to it, the preparation of mixtures with drained gas, and the monitoring and control of methane concentration.
The equipment itself is specified in NB/T 51012-2014, which this standard accompanies. It also draws on the coal mine safety standards AQ 1072, AQ 1076-2009, AQ 1078 and AQ 1079, and on GB/T 1576, GB 7231, GB/T 12145, GB 50057, GB/T 50065, GB 50140 and HG/T 20675.
