5 Thermal performance test
5.1 Test preparation
5.1.1 Connect the water inlet and outlet of the stove, the smoke outlet with the water tank and the test equipment.
5.1.2 Fill the water tank to 90% of its capacity, and record the water temperature and water volume.
5.1.3 Calculate and weigh the fuel consumption according to the rated heat supply of the stove, 3h for clean coal stoves and 2h for biomass stoves.
5.1.4 Fill the water jacket of the furnace body with water, place the firelighter and fuel in the furnace, and ignite.
5.1.5 When the outlet water temperature rises to 75°C, open the valve to discharge water into the water tank, and control the outlet water temperature at 75°C to 80°C.
