NB/T 20039.3-2012 is the English-translated version of 核空气和气体处理规范 通风、空调与空气净化 第3部分：风道.
NB/T 20039.3-2012 is the Chinese energy industry standard for ductwork in nuclear air and gas treatment. It gives the minimum requirements for the performance, design, manufacture, installation, inspection, testing and quality assurance of air ducts and of the supports that carry them.
It applies to the ducts and duct supports of nuclear ventilation, air conditioning and air cleaning systems, and ducts and supports in air conditioning systems that are not nuclear safety related may also be built to it.
The standard is classified F69 with ICS 27.120.10. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 983, GB/T 1220, GB/T 3098.6, GB 13237, JG/T 20-1999, JGJ 141-2004, EJ/T 564, NB/T 20038 and NB/T 20196.1. Issued on 19 October 2012, it has applied since 1 March 2013.
