Scope
NB/T 20039.4-2013 is the English-translated version of 核空气和气体处理规范 通风、空调与空气净化 第4部分：箱体.
NB/T 20039.4-2013 is the recommended Chinese energy industry standard for the housings of nuclear ventilation, air conditioning and air cleaning systems, that is, the enclosures that hold filters and other air cleaning components.
It forms part 4 of the NB/T 20039 series and is classified P48 in China and under ICS 27.120.20 and 91.140.30. It replaces the earlier nuclear industry standard EJ/T 1181-2005.
The standards it quotes are EJ/T 791, EJ/T 1182, NB/T 20004-2011, NB/T 20038-2011 and NB/T 20039.3-2012, the last of these being the ductwork part of the same series. Issued on 8 June 2013, it has applied since 1 October 2013.
