NB/T 10961-2022 is the Chinese energy industry standard on quality management and control across the remanufacturing process for mining equipment.
Building on GB/T 19001 and GB/T 31207, it defines the quality terms used, sets general requirements and then details how remanufacturing quality is managed, distinguishing management processes, core processes such as design, manufacture and marketing, and support processes.

1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, and quality management of mining equipment remanufacturing process.
This document is applicable to the quality management of coal mine equipment remanufacturing, non-coal mine equipment remanufacturing can refer to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28619 apply to this document.
3.1 Quality control
An efficient system for coordinating the quality maintenance and quality improvement efforts of people in an organization in order to produce at the most economical level Produce products that are completely satisfactory to customers.
3.2 Quality management
The most economical products with use value and commerciality are produced, and the principles and methods of statistics are applied in all stages of production.
3.3 Quality management system
The management system that directs and controls an organization with regard to quality.
3.4 Management process
It refers to the quality planning, quality control and quality improvement process of remanufactured products.
3.5 Core process
It refers to the design and development, manufacturing and marketing process of remanufactured products.
3.6 Support process
It is an essential process to provide support for the management process and core process in the remanufacturing production process.
