Scope
NB/T 10962-2022 is the English-translated version of 矿用设备再制造 再制造性评价导则.
NB/T 10962-2022 provides guidance on judging whether decommissioned mining equipment and its parts can be remanufactured.
It defines remanufacturability as the capacity to restore or improve the original function and performance once technical, economic and environmental factors are weighed, and explains how to choose remanufacturability parameters and indicators.
The guidance then covers the qualitative evaluation, the quantitative evaluation and its process, and how the evaluation results should be used, with a normative annex showing the evaluation flow.
It is aimed at the overhaul and remanufacturing of coal mine equipment, while overhaul and remanufacture of non-coal mining equipment can draw on it. Issued on 13 May 2022, it has applied since 13 November 2022.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, qualitative evaluation of remanufacturability and quantitative evaluation of remanufacturability of mining equipment maintenance and remanufacturing.
Price, mining equipment remanufacturing quantitative evaluation process, and the use of remanufacturability evaluation results.
This document is applicable to the remanufacturability evaluation of coal mine equipment overhaul, non-coal mine equipment overhaul and remanufacture can refer to this document.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated references For documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28619 apply to this document.
3.1 Remanufacturability
Under the specified conditions and time, after comprehensive consideration of technical, economic and environmental factors, waste products can be restored or improved through remanufacturing. Original product function, performance capability.
4 General requirements
4.1 The purpose of remanufacturability evaluation of mining equipment is to determine the actual remanufacturability of decommissioned mining equipment and (or) its parts and components.
The timing's inherent remanufacturability compliance is assessed and any issues identified are corrected.
4.2 Evaluate the actual remanufacturability of mining equipment and its components before remanufacturing.
4.3 Remanufacturability evaluation should be carried out according to the remanufacturing plan, combined with the support equipment, technical means, and remanufacturing performance provided by the remanufacturing company. Requirements and other conditions at the time of actual implementation.
4.4 Remanufacturability evaluation includes remanufacturability qualitative evaluation and remanufacturability quantitative evaluation.
4.5 The remanufacturability is comprehensively determined by the technical feasibility, economic feasibility and environmental feasibility during remanufacturing.
4.6 Contents of remanufacturability parameter selection
4.6.1 First consider the remanufacturing needs of mining equipment.
4.6.2 The structural characteristics of mining equipment are the main factors for selecting remanufacturability parameters.
4.6.3 Combining with the mining equipment remanufacturing scheme, select remanufacturability parameters.
4.6.4 The selection of remanufacturability parameters should take into account the remanufacturing performance indicators of the set mining equipment for testing and verification.
4.6.5 Remanufacturability parameter selection should be combined with mining equipment remanufacturing technical scheme and equipment operation failure analysis.
4.7 Contents of Remanufacturability Index Determination
