Scope
GB/T 32811-2016 is the English-translated version of 机械产品再制造性评价技术规范.
GB/T 32811-2016 fixes the qualitative and the quantitative method for evaluating the remanufacturability of mechanical products and the process by which that evaluation is carried out.
Clause 1 says it applies to the remanufacturing evaluation of mechanical products by remanufacturing enterprises, and adds that a design department may also refer to it when evaluating a remanufacturing design.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 28619 and a standard on the quality management requirements for the recycling of mechanical products whose code the list truncates and which the page records elsewhere as GB/T 31207; clause 3 takes over the terms and definitions of both documents and adds none of its own.
Clause 4, headed general, states that the purpose of the evaluation is to determine the actual remanufacturability of decommissioned mechanical products or their parts and, in a sentence the draft renders only partly, to review and correct the assessment of remanufacturability made when the product was designed, that the object of the evaluation may be a product assembly or a part, that the evaluation is made of a qualitative and a quantitative part, and that each evaluation is individual to the item examined.
The same clause ties remanufacturability to technical, economic and environmental feasibility and to serviceability after remanufacturing: the technical side asks whether the waste product can be restored, upgraded or improved beyond the original product's performance and names dismantling rate, cleaning satisfaction rate and fault detection rate among the parameters commonly used; the economic side requires the cost of remanufacturing to be less than the value and economic benefit obtained and the profitability to meet the enterprise's requirements; and the environmental side requires the pollution caused by recovering and remanufacturing the used product to be less than that caused by producing and using the original.
Clause 5 opens the qualitative evaluation but the draft breaks off in its first sentence, so neither the qualitative criteria nor the quantitative clauses are displayed.
The standard was proposed by the National Green Manufacturing Technology Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC337) and was drafted by the Equipment Remanufacturing Technology National Defense Science and Technology Key Laboratory, Hefei University of Technology, China Machine Productivity Promotion Center, the Machinery Products Remanufacturing National Engineering Research Center, the China Standardization Research Institute, the China Quality Certification Center, Zoomlion Co., Ltd. and others.
It carries ICS 25.010 and Chinese classification J01, and it was issued on 29 August 2016 and has applied since 1 March 2017.

Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the qualitative and quantitative evaluation method of mechanical product remanufacturing and the mechanical product remanufacturing evaluation process.
This standard applies to the remanufacturing evaluation of mechanical products of remanufacturing enterprises, and the design of the remanufacturing design of the design department can also be referred to use.
2 Normative reference documents

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28619 and GB/T 31207 apply to this document.
4 General
4.1 The purpose of the remanufacturing evaluation of mechanical products is to determine the actual remanufacturing properties of decommissioned machinery products and/or their parts; The design of the product when the inherent re-manufacturing standards to assess the situation and to correct the problem.
4.2 This standard is mainly for the waste machinery products and (or) its parts before the re-manufacturing of the actual remanufacturing value of the evaluation.
4.3 Remanufacturing evaluation of the object can be either a product assembly, it can be parts of the product.
4.4 Remanufacturing evaluation should be carried out in accordance with the remanufacturing program, combined with the remanufacturing enterprises to provide security equipment, technical means, remanufacturing products Performance requirements such as the actual implementation of the conditions may be.
4.5 Reproducibility evaluation of mechanical products is individual.
4.6 mechanical product remanufacturing evaluation by the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of two parts.
4.7 Remanufacturing of products The technical feasibility, economic feasibility, environmental feasibility and serviceability of remanufacturing after remanufacturing determine.
4.8 Technical re-manufacturing of mechanical products to reprocess the disposal of waste products in the technical and technical feasibility, you can pass the original Product recovery, upgrade recovery or improve the performance of the original product, the commonly used parameters include. dismantling rate, cleaning satisfaction rate, fault detection rate and so on.
4.9 Economic feasibility of mechanical product remanufacturing The cost of reengineering the waste product is less than the cost of its output. Economic benefits, the profitability to meet business requirements.
4.10 Environmental feasibility of mechanical product remanufacturing requirements Recycling of used products and re-manufacturing processes Produced by the use of the ring Environmental pollution is less than the original product production and use of the environmental pollution caused by the process.
5 Qualitative evaluation
5.1 Remanufacturing of used products should be carried out first. Remanufacturing generally should meet the functional, economical, and municipalities
