Scope

GB/T 41509-2022 is the English-translated version of 绿色制造干式切削工艺性能评价规范.

GB/T 41509-2022 sets out how the performance of a dry cutting process - machining carried out with no cutting fluid at all - is assessed.

It fixes the basic principles, the indicator system, the evaluation method, the evaluation process, the evaluation requirements and what the evaluation report has to contain, and it applies to the analysis and evaluation of dry machining process performance.

Two normative annexes give the evaluation indicators with their measurement methods and the weighted comprehensive calculation used to combine them, and an informative annex gives a report template.

For the measurements it cites GB/T 23573 and GB/T 23574 on dust and oil mist concentration at machine tools, GB/T 17421.5 on noise emission and GB/T 16460 and GB/T 16461 on tool life. It was issued on 11 July 2022 and has applied since 1 February 2023.

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic principles, index system, evaluation method, evaluation process, evaluation requirements and evaluation report requirements of dry cutting process performance evaluation.

This document applies to the analysis and evaluation of dry machining process performance.

3 Terms and Definitions
