Scope

GB/T 43912-2024 is the English-translated version of 铸造机械 再制造 通用技术规范.

China's national general technical specification for remanufacturing foundry machinery. Foundry equipment is a good candidate for remanufacturing and a demanding one. The machines are large, expensive, long-lived and built in small numbers, so a replacement is a capital project rather than a purchase; and they wear in ways that are predictable and repairable - moulding machines, shot blast equipment, sand plant and shakeouts are abraded rather than fatigued, so their structures survive while their working surfaces do not. What makes it demanding is that the wear is everywhere at once and the machine is filthy: assessing a core of this kind means cleaning it before anything can be judged, and the assessment must distinguish surfaces that can be built up and remachined from structures whose accumulated damage means the frame itself is finished. The specification sets out how that judgement is made and documented.

Remanufacturing refers to the use of special processes and technical means to recycle products that have use value but have been functionally damaged or technically obsolete: The obsolete products that are no longer in use are repaired, modified or upgraded to achieve or exceed the quality and performance of the original new products: Remanufacturing can achieve the reuse of waste products, reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution, save energy, and reduce harmful substances such as greenhouse gases: Remanufacturing helps promote sustainable development and has become an important part of the circular economy and low-carbon economy: China is a major foundry country in the world, and also a major producer and user of foundry machinery: There are many old foundry machines that need to be replaced: If the products are directly eliminated and scrapped, a large amount of waste will be generated, resulting in a waste of resources: Therefore, it is very necessary to develop the remanufacturing of casting machinery: This document aims to develop a scientific, reasonable, operational and economical general guideline for the remanufacturing of foundry machinery for remanufacturing enterprises: The purpose of the technical specification is to:

--- Provide requirements and technical guidance for the remanufacturing of casting machinery;

---Improve the quality requirements of foundry machinery remanufacturing products;

---Promote the healthy development of foundry machinery remanufacturing: General technical specifications for foundry machinery remanufacturing

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements for foundry machinery remanufacturing, recycling, disassembly and cleaning/cleaning, parts testing, sorting and remanufacturing Evaluation, remanufacturing design, processing and assembly, factory inspection, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage: This document applies to the remanufacturing of foundry machinery:

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28619-2012 and the following apply to this document: 3:

1 Used casting machinery or parts that have use value but are no longer used due to functional damage or technical obsolescence: 3:

2 Remanufacturing The process of professionally repairing or upgrading remanufactured blanks to make their quality characteristics no less than the level of the original new product:

Note 1: Quality characteristics include product functions, technical performance, greenness and economy, etc:

Note 2: The remanufacturing process generally includes the recovery, inspection, disassembly, cleaning, classification, evaluation, repair processing, reassembly, testing, labeling and packaging of remanufactured blanks: Equipment etc: [Source: GB/T 28619-2012, 2:2] 3:

3 Casting machinery products (complete machines or parts) that have gone through the remanufacturing process and met the remanufacturing requirements and are put back on the market for sale:

4 Basic Requirements

1 The casting machinery remanufacturing (hereinafter referred to as "remanufacturing") process shall be carried out according to the set process flow (see Appendix A):
