Scope
NB/T 10520-2021 is the English-translated version of 现代化安全高效绿色露天煤矿评价规范.
NB/T 10520-2021 describes how an evaluation of a modern, safe, efficient and green open-pit coal mine is actually carried out.
It defines the indicators used, among them the level of equipment advancement and informatization, the recovery periods of development coal and of stopping coal, the degree of production quality standardization, the total working efficiency of mining and stripping and the safety production input rate.
It then sets out the structure and classification of the evaluation index system, a single-index evaluation model, a classification evaluation model and the comprehensive criteria used to grade the result.
It serves the evaluation of open-pit coal mines in production and can guide the planning of new, renovated and expanded mines. Issued on 7 January 2021, it has applied since 1 April 2021.

2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1 Modern safe efficient and green open pit coal mine
Advanced mining technology and equipment, safety and reliability, high production efficiency, good economic benefits, ecological environment protection, occupational health protection, mechanization, information Open-pit coal mines where the sustainable development of open-pit coal mines has been fully applied and the technology of modernization and intelligence has been fully applied.
2.2 The level of technological equipment advancement and informatization
The scale of the use of advanced equipment and technology by mining enterprises, and the scale and scale of the use of informatization and intelligence for mine management by enterprises level.
2.3 Recovery period of development coal
In the open-pit coal mine, it takes time to obtain the amount of coal that has been completed and the transportation road does not need to be stripped.
2.4 Recovery period of stopping coal
The upper step of the open-pit coal mine does not require any mining engineering, and the amount of coal that can be mined at any time while maintaining the minimum working level The time required.
2.5 Degree of production quality standardization
In the production of open-pit coal mines, the degree of implementation of the standardization of the quality of production operations can be measured from the aspects of flatness of steps, flatness of roads, explosions, etc. Assessment.
2.6 Total working efficiency of mining and stripping
The total amount of stripping produced per working day by all attendants during the reporting period of the open-pit mine.
2.7 Safety production input rate
The ratio of actual expenditure on production safety to raw coal output.
