Scope

NB/T 10741-2021 is the English-translated version of 露天煤矿大型卡车运行安全测试规范.

NB/T 10741-2021 lays down how to run operational safety tests on large in-use trucks in open pit coal mines, the periodic counterpart to the daily checks of NB/T 10740.

It starts with the preparatory work: the test road, the state of the hoist control and drive systems, fully loaded and unloaded test trucks, tyre pressure, and the choice and fitting of test instruments.

The test clauses then cover braking performance for the service and parking brakes with their acceptance criterion, followed by component checks on the powertrain, hydraulic system, steering and fire suppression system.

It also fixes the testing interval and gives a summary table for the test report, with brake terms taken from GB/T 21152-2018. Issued on 16 November 2021, it has applied since 16 February 2022.
