Scope
NB/T 10515-2021 is the English-translated version of 露天煤矿建矿安装工程质量验收标准.
NB/T 10515-2021 governs the quality acceptance of installation works at open-pit coal mines, within the pit and the dump areas.
After setting out the data to prepare before acceptance, the division into acceptance units and the pass criteria, it gives mechanical and electrical installation requirements for fixed and semi-mobile crushers, belt conveyors, drying system equipment, drainage system equipment and power supply and distribution equipment, including pipe work and overhead lines.
Annexes list the sub-item, division and unit project names and provide the acceptance record forms, the divisional quality summary, the quality control data check and the appearance quality inspection record.
Mine owners, installers and supervisors use it at handover. Issued on 7 January 2021, it has applied since 1 April 2021.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the main acceptance requirements for the acceptance of open-pit coal mine installation projects, the installation of fixed and semi-mobile crusher equipment, the belt conveyor Technical requirements for engineering quality acceptance of installation of air-delivery equipment, installation of drying system equipment, installation of drainage system equipment, and installation of power supply and distribution system equipment.
This standard applies to the quality acceptance of installation works within the scope of open-pit coal mine excavations and dumps.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Open-pit coal mine installation works
It reflects the production system equipment, dredging and drainage system equipment, power supply and distribution system equipment within the scope of open-pit coal mines and dumps.
The main contents of the installation works within the scope of the open-pit coal mine excavation and dumping yard.
3.2 Quality of installation works
It reflects that the installation works within the excavation site and dump site of the open-pit coal mine meet the requirements of the relevant standards or the contract, including its installation.
Total, production use functions and indicators and the characteristic sum of all apparent and implied capabilities in terms of durability performance.
3.3 Inspection lot
The smallest unit that is accepted by different parts or batches of the same sub-project.
