Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 1955-2011 "Technical Regulations for Forest Land Boundary of Forest Land Protection and Utilization Planning", and is consistent with LY/T 1955-2011 in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increased the definition of forest land (see Chapter 3);

--- Changed the definition of forest land fall boundary (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2011 edition);

---Changed the task of forest land boundary, added forest land range determination and forest land renewal investigation and evaluation (see Chapter 4, No..2011 edition Chapter 4);

---Deleted the content of falling boundary work (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2011 edition);

--- Added the basic unit of falling boundary (see Chapter 5);

--- Changed the forest land classification system, mathematical basis (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2011 edition);

--- Changed the zoning system (see Chapter 6, Chapter 7 of the 2011 edition);

--- Changed the forest land boundary conditions and methods (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the 2011 edition);

--- Added the falling boundary process (see Chapter 8);

---Change the original inspection and acceptance to two chapters of quality inspection and result identification and reporting (see Chapter 9 and Chapter 11, 2011 Chapter 9 of the annual edition);

---Changed the outcome output (see Chapter 10, Chapter 8 of the 2011 edition);

---Changed the attribute factor and code of the forest land fall boundary (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2011 edition);

---Deleted the organizational structure and naming of the outcome documents (see Appendix C of the 2011 edition);

--- Increased the main technical requirements of digital orthophoto DOM (see Appendix C);

--- Increased forest land fall boundary statistical table (see Appendix E).

This document was proposed by the Forest Resources Management Division of the State Forestry and Grassland Administration.

1 Scope

This document stipulates the tasks, technical methods, content and requirements of the results of the forest land protection and utilization planning of the forest land boundary.

This document is applicable to the forest land boundary work in the forest land protection and utilization planning of county-level administrative regions across the country. Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Longjiang, Daxinganling, Changbai Mountain, Forestry Bureau affiliated to Yichun Forestry (Forestry) Group Company and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps affiliated forest land protection and utilization planning forest land refer to the drop boundary work.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

woodland forestland

The land designated by the people's government at or above the county level for the development of forestry.

Note. Including arbor forest land with a canopy density of 0.2 or more, bamboo forest land, shrub land, sparse forest land, logging remnants, fire remnants, immature forest afforestation land, and nursery land wait. It does not include wetlands with trees, green forest land within towns and villages, forests within the land acquisition range of railways and roads, and rivers and ditches.
