Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 1142-2011 "Vertical Impregnation and Drying Production Line". Compared with LY/T 1142-2011, the main differences are in structural adjustments and rewriting.

Aside from the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The file range has been changed (see Chapter 1, 2011 edition).

b) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

c) The main parameters have been changed, and the name of the main parameter table 1 has been changed to maximum impregnation width (see Chapter 5, 4.1 of the 2011 edition).

d) The requirements and testing methods have been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 4 of the 2011 edition).

e) Increased security requirements (see 6.3);

f) The geometric accuracy inspection items and tolerances have been changed (see Table 2, 2011 version 4.5.1).

g) The inspection items for working accuracy have been added (see 6.5);

h) The inspection rules have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 5 in the 2011 edition);

i) The markings, packaging, and storage have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 6 in the 2011 edition).

This document was proposed and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Wood-based Panel Machinery (SAC/TC 66).

1 Scope

This document specifies the main parameters, requirements and inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of vertical impregnation and drying production lines.

This document applies to vertical impregnation and drying production processes for continuous impregnation and drying of decorative impregnated paper, insulating paper, and fibrous fabrics.

Production line (hereinafter referred to as production line).
