1 Foreword

JB/T 9911.1-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9911.1-1999.

It is one of 4 parts of the JB/T 9911 series.

2 Scope

JB/T 9911.1-2014 is a recommended machinery industry standard of China and is the accuracy testing part of the series on steel ball lapping machines. It lays down the requirements for geometric accuracy and working accuracy together with the methods used to verify them. The part is written for lapping machines with a disc diameter of 400 mm to 1000 mm that finish balls of 1 mm to 80 mm in diameter. Its checks rely on GB/T 308.1, GB/T 1031 and GB/T 17421.1. It takes over from JB/T 9911.1-1999. Issued on 9 July 2014, it has applied since 1 November 2014.
