JB/T 9906.4-2014 is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard covering the accuracy testing of high precision internal cylindrical grinding machines with a horizontal spindle.
As Part 4 of the JB/T 9906 series it gives the test methods and the matching tolerances for the geometric accuracy of the machine, for the positioning accuracy of its working axes and for the repeatability of that positioning.
It covers machines built with a face grinding wheel head and machines built without one. The tests follow the general machine tool rules of GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2000, with the axis designations of GB/T 19660-2005. Issued on 6 May 2014, it has applied since 1 October 2014.
