JB/T 9905.2-2014 was issued by MIIT on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9905.2-1999.
It is one of 3 parts of the JB/T 9905 series.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended machinery industry standard of China and holds the specifications for external cylindrical centreless grinding machines. It states the requirements that general-purpose machines of this class must meet in manufacture and at acceptance. The part applies to centreless grinders with a maximum grinding diameter of 20 mm to 400 mm and grinding wheels 100 mm to 600 mm wide. It is used with JB/T 9905.3 and with GB/T 4681, GB 5226.1, GB/T 9061, GB 15760, GB/T 16769, GB/T 23572, GB/T 25372, GB/T 25373, GB/T 25374, GB/T 25376 and JB 4029. It replaces JB/T 9905.2-1999.
