JB/T 9886-2013 was issued by MIIT on 25 April 2013 and has been in force since 1 September 2013.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9886-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the head that bores holes and turns end faces on modular machine tools. It states the requirements for manufacturing this unit and for inspecting it. It applies to boring and end-face turning heads of nominal size from 100 mm to 630 mm on modular machine tools. It takes the place of JB/T 9886-1999. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 3668.9-1983, GB/T 5900.1-2008, GB/T 23572-2009, GB/T 25373-2010, JB/T 2462.26-1999, JB/T 2462.27-1999, JB/T 3041-2011 and JB/T 3997-2011.
