1 Foreword

JB/T 9612.2-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9612.2-1999.

It is one of 9 parts of the JB/T 9612 series.

2 Scope

JB/T 9612.2-2013 covers the trapezium bar within the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on shaped copper and copper alloy bus bars for electrical purposes. It states the models, shapes and sizes of the bar, how a product is designated, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the delivery requirements. Trapezoidal bars used in making the commutator segments of direct-current motors are its field. It quotes GB/T 467-2010, GB/T 4909.2-2009, GB/T 4909.8-2009, GB/T 5121.1-2008, GB/T 5121.19-2008 and JB/T 9612.1-2013. It takes the place of JB/T 9612.2-1999; the classifications are K11 and 29.060.10.
