JB/T 9536-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9536-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on the environmental technical requirements for indoor and outdoor anti-corrosion low-voltage apparatus. It sets the corrosion protection types for such apparatus and then the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on signs and supplies. Its field of application takes in indoor and outdoor service where light corrosion and erosion are present. JB/T 9536-2013 replaces the 1999 edition of JB/T 9536.
