JB/T 6743-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6743-1993.

This standard is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry addressing steel cable tray and cable support systems used indoors and outdoors. For the variety of indoor and outdoor environmental conditions such systems meet, it defines the environment itself, the type of protection to be applied, the technical requirements, the test methods and the testing rules.
