JB/T 9399-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9399-1999.
2 Scope
JB/T 9399-2010 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that lays down the main parameter series for X-ray analytical instrumentation. The instruments it names are the automatic X-ray diffractometer, the X-ray direction finder, the X-ray crystal analyzer and the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, with others of the same family, and X-ray analysis equipment is given as its field of application.
