1 Foreword
JB/T 8728-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8728-1998.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for low speed high torque hydraulic motors. It covers six structural types of such motors, with their basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging. Among the types named are crankshaft and connecting rod radial piston motors, crankshaft radial piston motors without connecting rods, inner curve radial piston motors, radial ball motors and double swash plate axial piston motors. It applies to low speed high torque hydraulic motors working on hydraulic oil or on other mineral oils of comparable performance, and motors of other structural types may refer to it.
