JB/T 9751-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9751-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is the Chinese machinery industry standard for the hydraulic speed governors of diesel engines. It fixes the technical requirements for the governor, the test methods applied to it and the inspection rules.
