JB/T 8667.2-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8667.2-1997.
It is one of 3 parts of the JB/T 8667 series.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the TL series of large three-phase synchronous motors. It describes the structural form of these vertical machines and sets out their technical requirements, their inspection rules and test methods, the rules for marking and packaging, the warranty period and the documents that accompany each motor. Large vertical three-phase synchronous motors of the TL series are the machines it covers. It carries the Chinese classification K21 and the international classification 29.160.30.
