It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 2728.1-2008, JB/T 2728.1-1996.
It is one of 10 parts of the JB/T 2728 series.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry dealing with gas coolers for electrical machines, and it is the general-rules part of that title. It sets out the general technical conditions such coolers have to meet. Its field of application is conventional gas coolers of every type fitted to electrical machines, referred to throughout simply as gas coolers. It quotes GB/T 7064, GB/T 7894 and DL/T 1067. The 2017 text replaces the earlier JB/T 2728.1-2008 edition. Its classification is CCS K20 and ICS 29.160.10.
