JB/T 8386.2-2014 is the English-translated version of 工业过程测量和控制系统用模拟输入数字式指示控制仪 第2部分：时间比例输出仪表.
JB/T 8386.2-2014 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard covering digital indicating and control instruments with analogue inputs used in industrial-process measurement and control systems, and in particular the instruments with time proportional outputs.

JB/T 8386.2-2014 was issued by MIIT on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8386.2-1996.
It is one of 3 parts of the JB/T 8386 series.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard covering digital indicating and control instruments with analogue inputs used in industrial-process measurement and control systems, and in particular the instruments with time proportional outputs. It sets out the terms and definitions for this class of instrument, the product classification, the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules. Because Part 2 deals only with the time proportional control function, it is read alongside the general part of the series.
