JB/T 8386.1-2014 was issued by MIIT on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8386.1-1996.
It is one of 3 parts of the JB/T 8386 series.
2 Scope
This standard is the first part of a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on digital indicating and control instruments that take an analogue input and are used in industrial-process measurement and control systems. This part deals with the instruments whose outputs are of the two-state or multi-state kind, and it lays down terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking.
