Scope
GB/T 36245-2018 is the English-translated version of 工业过程测量与控制仪表可靠性分配指南.
GB/T 36245-2018 guides engineers in dividing a reliability requirement for an industrial process measurement and control instrument among its hardware and software parts.
It sets out the principles, the procedure and the analysis of the results of reliability allocation, and explains how to choose a method by development stage and by the conditions available.
Six methods are described: equal allocation, scoring, proportional combination, importance, reapportionment and proportional combination for redundant systems.
Annexes cover the allocation of software reliability, common reliability characteristics of instruments and worked application cases, and terms such as quantitative reliability requirement, reliability allocation and reliability model are defined.
Instrument manufacturers and design engineers use it when setting reliability targets. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
With the advancement of science and technology and the increasing complexity of the use of industrial process measurement and control instruments, the reliability indicators of instruments have become One of the most important technical indicators for measuring instrument quality. Reliability distribution is one of the most important means in reliability design technology.
Over the years, the development has become more and more mature. There are more than 10 methods that have been widely used at present, because each method has certain conditions and requirements.
With limited scope, not every method is applicable to industrial process measurement and control instruments;
With standards and specifications, this standard will be used to guide and standardize the distribution of reliability for industrial process measurement and control instrumentation engineers. jobs.
The basic components of industrial process measurement and control instruments can be generally divided into hardware and software. The reliability mathematical model is a series junction.
Structure, some key parts will adopt a parallel structure to ensure the completion of the instrument task. Carry out industrial processes by summarizing national science and technology projects Measurement and control instrument reliability research results and experience, combined with industrial process measurement and control instrumentation enterprise reliability distribution work practices, According to its composition characteristics, six reliability distribution methods suitable for industrial process measurement and control instruments are recommended in this standard.
Use principles, assignment models, and assignment steps to guide engineers through the application. When the instrument reliability index is assigned, the instrument will be soft.
The article is considered as a whole, and the distribution methods proposed in Chapter 8 of this standard are applicable. If you need to redistribute the software part of the meter, you can Examine Appendix A for implementation.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles, procedures, methods and results analysis of the reliability distribution of industrial process measurement and control instruments (hereinafter referred to as meters).
This standard applies to the reliability distribution of instruments.
