JB/T 8086-2015 is the English-translated version of 摩擦焊机.
JB/T 8086-2015 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for friction welding machines. It gives the terminology and definitions, the product types and basic parameters, the environmental conditions, the technical requirements and the inspection methods and rules for the machine.
Its scope takes in continuous drive friction welding machines, inertia friction welding machines, radial friction welding machines, vibration friction welding machines and machines that combine these types.

1 Foreword
JB/T 8086-2015 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 10 October 2015 and has been in force since 1 March 2016.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8086-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for friction welding machines. It gives the terminology and definitions, the product types and basic parameters, the environmental conditions, the technical requirements and the inspection methods and rules for the machine. Its scope takes in continuous drive friction welding machines, inertia friction welding machines, radial friction welding machines, vibration friction welding machines and machines that combine these types.
