JB/T 7071-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7071-2005, JB/T 7071-1993.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard giving the basic technical requirements for bulb type hydro generators. It fixes the environmental conditions under which these machines operate and their ratings and parameters, and it covers temperature, the operating characteristics and the electrical connections. It also deals with insulation resistance and the voltage test, and with the mechanical properties of the machine.
