1 Foreword
JB/T 7027-2014 was issued by MIIT on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7027-2002, JB/T 7027-1993.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended machinery industry standard of China for the rotor forgings used in steam turbines of 300 MW and above. It covers vacuum-treated alloy steel forgings for rotor bodies with a central hole, setting the order requirements, the manufacturing process, the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and the terms for acceptance and for the quality certificate. It is written for the makers and the buyers of such rotor forgings. The chemical analysis methods of the GB/T 223 series are quoted throughout. The standard replaces JB/T 7027-2002.
