Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the order requirements, manufacturing process, technical requirements, inspection rules and test parties for rotor body forgings for ultra-supercritical steam turbines. Laws, acceptance and quality certificates, signs and packaging.

3 Ordering requirements

3.1 The supplier shall have a sound quality assurance system with the performance of rotor forgings of similar size and similar dimensions.

3.2 The first product manufactured by the supplier shall be assessed for quality, and the assessment item shall be agreed upon by both parties.

3.3 The acquirer shall specify in the ordering contract the standard and material number adopted, including the corresponding technical requirements, inspection items or requirements of this standard. Other inspection items.

3.4 The acquirer shall provide the ordering pattern of the forgings indicating the sampling position of the mechanical properties test.

3.5 When required, the acquirer should specify in the contract the items required to participate in the on-site inspection.
