JB/T 7025-2018 was issued by MIIT on 9 February 2018 and has been in force since 1 October 2018.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7025-2004, JB/T 7025-1993.
2 Scope
Rotor and shaft forgings for steam turbines of 25 MW and below are the subject of JB/T 7025-2018, a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard. It sets the ordering requirements, the manufacturing process, the technical requirements, the inspection rules and test methods, the acceptance and quality certificates, and the signs and packaging. It applies to carbon steel and alloy steel forgings of turbine rotors and spindles of 25 MW and less.
