JB/T 6898-2015 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that fixes the safety requirements and the safety measures for operating cryogenic liquid storage and transport equipment, including what is required when an accident has to be dealt with.
It is written for fixed cryogenic liquid containers holding liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen or liquid argon and for the road tankers and tank containers that carry those liquids.
Its clauses on oxygen, nitrogen and argon may be consulted for equipment handling other non-flammable cryogenic liquids such as carbon dioxide, krypton and xenon, while containers, tankers and tanks for liquefied natural gas are excluded.

2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that fixes the safety requirements and the safety measures for operating cryogenic liquid storage and transport equipment, including what is required when an accident has to be dealt with.
