JB/T 13369-2018 is the English-translated version of 粉末绝热低压低温液体贮槽.

2 Scope

JB/T 13369-2018 is the Chinese machinery industry standard for powder-insulated low-pressure cryogenic liquid storage tanks. It fixes the basic requirements for their materials, their design and their manufacture, for the inspection and testing they undergo, and for their marking, labelling and factory documents. It is written for tanks whose design pressure is 50 kPa or less and whose design negative pressure is no lower than -1.7 kPa, with an inner vessel designed for temperatures no lower than -200 °C. Such a tank has a steel inner vessel and outer casing, a flat bottom, a cylindrical shell and a fixed vault, and is insulated by an ordinary packed powder.
