JB/T 5421-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 5421-1991.

JB/T 5421-2013, a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry, covers the plastics film recycling extrusion and granulation line.
