JB/T 4362-2011 is the English-translated version of 电站轴流式通风机.

JB/T 4362-2011 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the axial flow fans of power stations. It states the technical requirements for these fans, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging and transport, storage and maintenance.

The fans in its scope are the axial blowers, the induced draft fans and the primary air fans of power plant boilers, and it reaches as well the axial fans of power plant desulphurization and denitration installations.

Limits are placed on the working medium temperature of the blowers and of the induced draft fans, and on the dust content of the flue gas. Air is the medium handled by the primary air fan and the blower, flue gas that of the induced draft fan.

Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 1236, GB/T 10178 and JB/T 10213. It replaces JB/T 4362-1999. It carries the Chinese classification J72 and the international classification 23.120.
